Many small to mid-size CPA firms and tax attorneys do not have internal expertise in complex Business Tax and International Tax matters. We therefore offer consulting services to attorneys and CPA firms in these areas. We understand that many clients have a trusted and long-standing relationship with their CPA. Therefore, although we usually perform most preparation services internally for Offshore Voluntary Disclosure clients (including Streamlined Disclosures), in most other cases we work directly with the taxpayer’s existing CPA firm, by providing consulting and tax return review services for their clients’ tax planning and preparation.
